Framing the Community

2006 - 2019

This is a “work in progress”: a series of portraits created from time to time in front of an open window, of a petrol station or in other points of the city under transformation, as if we were dealing with a traditional photographic set. The result is a reflection by images where the urban frame delimits not only a metropolitan landscape but also a human one, marked by its belonging to a reality of “neighbourhood”. The place is transformed from global to local, from depersonalising to pleasant, from metropolitan dimension to quarter, from public to private.
