A Portrait of Monno is a photo album of the entire Monno community from a mountain village in Val Camonica. In October 2019 and July 2020, a photographic set for portraits of small groups was set up at the churchyard, a belvedere and place for panoramic walks. The result is an artist's book that intertwines two works: Framing the community and A portrait of. This result allows for both works to evolve and create a new narrative that emphasises a sense of community even more. A portrait of Monno is a gift, a mutual exchange between the Monnese a resident of Monno, and the artist. The entire community offered to pose and in return received a book that collects all of them, precisely to emphasize the sense of belonging to the same community.
